- All Transfer/Departure/Wheelchair Bookings come with 15 minutes grace period from booking time
- All hourly bookings do not cover any grace period
- All arrival bookings come with 60 minutes grace period from Flight/Cruise arrival time
- Midnight surcharge of $10 is applicable for bookings between 2330hrs-0630hrs (Transfer/Departure/Arrival based on flight landing time)
- Due to high demand of 7 seater Maxicabs, a complimentary upgrade may be provided at no additional cost
- Waiting charges apply at $10 per 15 minutes block after grace period
- We do not take any responsibility in circumstances where there is a delay in the airport due to exit from plane, immigration and luggage clearance
- All Transfers To/From Tuas, Lim Chu Kang & Jurong Island may incur a surcharge between $10-$20

- Infant/Child Seats come at an additional cost of $15 per seat
- A minimum of 3 days of advance booking is required for 23/40 seater buses subject to availability
